Having experienced the effects of burnout and poor wellbeing firsthand, Matt is passionate about helping people develop practical skills that improve focus, resilience, recovery, and performance at work, school, and in life. His approach combines evidence-based wellbeing education with real-world experience, making complex topics accessible, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
