Online introduction to meditation

Meditation is widely accepted and scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, boost productivity, increase focus and attention and elevate overall health. More and more people are starting to meditate, however, very few continue and develop their practice long enough to experience the real benefits it offers.

This introduction to meditation course will be delivered over two 90 mins sessions online. the couse will consist of:
  • Explain meditation in a way that makes it easy to understand.

  • Make you aware of different styles available and the benefits of each.

  • Explain meditation in a way that makes it easy to understand.

  • Know which style is better suited to you.

  • Arm you with techniques that allow you to fit meditation into your busy life.

  • Receive guided meditations to use between sessions and after the course has finished.

  • Give you the opportunity to have any questions answered.
